Tenchi Muyo! Galaxy Police Mihoshi's Space Adventure!

For today's review, I tackle one of the most hotly debated pieces of animation in all of the Tenchi franchise. Is this a part of the OVA or its own continuity? Did everything actually happen or is Mihoshi making things up? I don't know but I'm going to try to find out.
